Laborers' Local Union No. 140 is an affiliate of LIUNA - the Laborers’ International Union of North America – one of the most progressive and aggressive unions in North America. LIUNA represents working men and women fighting for good wages and benefits, safer job-sites.

Local 140 represents members in Wisconsin in Buffalo, Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Trempealeau, and Vernon counties.
